not nearly enough i think...maybe 1 serving eod...maybe 2. depends on time of year. i'm not big on cali. fruit and others are seasonal. when mi. cherries are running (now) i'll snack on 'em all day long, but only 4-5 at a time, until i run out and go shoping again (every sunday). i try to eat a bannana everyday, but it ends up being 1 eod or every 2 days...i'll add pineapple to a meal a couple times a week...3-4oz. here and there...watermelon and cantalopes 1-2 times a week...thats it

I'll eat pineapple, mangoes, canalope, cherries what ever's I gan get my hands on...as much as I jonse for a frozen Baby Ruth or a pint of Hagen Daz I know it's gonna be way better for me considering.

i love fruit, but limit myself to one serving in the morning, in a protein shake (either banana or blueberries, or rasberries) and then another serving for morning tea which is usually an orange or mandarin.
but i LOVE fruit. especially tropical fruit

Everyday if they are in the house. I prefer grapes, cherries, raw banana (the ripe ones are very high on the gylemic index list), peaches, pears, apples, apricots and apples. I like oranges but they are messy. I try to avoid melons, pineapple and ripe bananas due to the high GI rating.
