whats your stats...weight, hieght, ect...basicly i like to get a 2 to 1 ratio of carbs to protien, post workout...i go with a whey ion exchange at 50grams and carbs at 90-100 grams...(for a carb source, i'm gonna be switching to waximaize (sp?), you can pick it up at true protien (click on banner on first page)

I recently bougt a large amount of 100% pure ion exchange whey (because it was so cheap).
Since I have so much I also want to use it as a PWM. What carboh. would I add best and how much?
are you just adding it to your PWM or is this a PW Shake? One thing to remember is that post workout you want to have simple carbs in your meal so it will spike your insulin and this will help to absorb more of your post workout protein. A post workout shake first thing after training is ideal then a meal about an hour or so later.
