How many calories would you guys advice when on a lean mass cycle? I'm 6 feet tall, I weigh 92 kgs, and have 18.5% bf.

If my math is right, you are just over 200 lbs, right? There are some general rules of thumb out there but they differe for everone. Fore example is goes something like this:

Weight (lbs) x 10 to lose weight
    Weight x 12 to maintain
Weight x 15 to gain weight

So, I'm about 250 so to lose I would take in 2,500 calls, to maintain I would take in 3,000 and to gain I would take in 3,750. Of course, these are very rough numbers and not exact for everyone. I had my basal metabolic rate calculated by a RD once and she said I was at 2,800. So, that ment my body burned 2,800 cals just doing nothing. I was more active then but I'm bigger now so I really don't know where my BMR is now. If your BF is 18.5% is a pretty good assumption that you have a normal metabolism. It's not too slow and it's not fast so this formula may work for you. Try eating 2,000 cals a day and see if you drop weight. If you lose more than 2 lbs a week, or one kg a week, then raise the cals. If you lose too fast you will lose muscle and that won't help your overall BF composition.
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

Do these figures take into consideration that I'm on a cycle?

You're going to get different answers on the part of losing weight. but for opinion purposes, I believe that when on a lean mass cycle, it's better to up the calories.

The reason that I like to follow the formula for maintaining and losing purposes, is because the testosterone in the body will help to keep the body mass up and allow the body to use the existing and new fat for energy. But while on a lean body mass cycle, the testosterone will also allow you to eat more calories but use those extra calories for muscle.

*This is strictly my opinion from my personal experiences. It's surely a little bit different from one person to another.
*my personal formula for a lean mass cycle was as follows:
        weight X 18
