ECA + Guaifenesin?

Alright, so I'm looking to order some ephedra online and find out in January or February 2007 the courts upheld the FDA's ban on ephedra - sucks but I go to plan b. I start looking for ephedrine hcl, but I keep finding it mixed with Guaifenesin (frustrating) and then I run across an article mentioning many state governments are making it illegal to sell ephedrine by itself, because its to easy to convert into meth.

Hell, I don't know much about meth but I don't see why Guaifenesin wouldn't be an acceptable ingredient.

Anyway, is there any place, you guys know of, to get ephedrine hcl by itself - without the Guaifenesin? and if not is Guaifenesin, okay to use on a somewhat long term basis with ECA?

it's basically a decongestant and it's presence makes 'pulling' the effedrine cleanly, for use in the manufacturing of meth, more difficult.

no more of a problem, long term, than the effedra itself.
