    Can the sugar thats in pop be useful? There is 38grams of sugar in 1 can of sprite.
    When would it be consumed, right after training?

    i guess...something like mt dew could be consumed pre workout as well for an energy boost..i dont like carbonation unless its in my beer

      the sugars would be good for post workout, but even then, there's better alternatives.
