how long does protien powder keep, pre-mixed, without losing it bioavailability or going bad, refridgerated and not?

I THINK I READ AN ARTICLE WAY BACK ON THIS THAT SAID IS WAS LIKE A YEAR SHELF LIFE ON AVERAGE. -

If it's premixed is should have an expiration date on it.I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

i forgot i asked this!!! lol..i still want an answer! the question is...if i take protien powder and mix with water in a empty milk jug and refridgerate, how long until it loses it's nutritional value?? not an rtd...powderd protiene mix and water or milk!HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!
