HOW MUCH DOES FAT WEIGH? IF YOU GO FROM SAY 10% BF DOWN TO 9% BF, HOW MUCH FAT HAVE YOU LOST WITH EACH PERCENTAGE YOU DROP?

well, if you 200 at 10% and you go down to 9%, you lost 2lbs. it all depends on actuall starting weight when you deal with percentages (a percent of the whole was lost)HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!

i'd say it looks to me (i could be wrong) that you lost around 17lbs of fat, and gained 15 lbs of muscle or so...and, if you figured a way to do that in 6 weeks, please share!!! lolHE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!

240lbs x .15 = 36lbs of fat
240lbs-36lbs = 204lbs of lean muscle
6 weeks later:
237lbs x .08 = 18.96lbs of fat
237lbs-18.96lbs = 218.04lbs of lean muscle
So basically you lost
36lbs-18.96lbs = 17.04lbs of fat
and gained:
218.04lbs - 204lbs = 14.04lbs of muscle.
How did you do that in 6 weeks?
