Tru. You should probably mix up like a 5lb bucket of glute paste and leave it next to your bed so you can reapply during the night. The trick is keeping a fresh layer on at all times, you don't want to let it dry out! This way you will have more energy, loose fat, gain muscle and increase your sex drive all at the same time with NO SIDES! (except a bed filled with glute paste)

I got mine somewhere...Il have to dig them up though...

ALSO- If you decide to wrap yourself up in plastic wrap when you do it...cut holes in case you have to go to the bathroom...I learned that the hard way...

Oh, and one more bit of advice. Make sure when mixing the paste that you use buttermilk instead of water, it will give you maximum assimilation! But thats all I can tell you, can't give away all of my secrets in one day.
