How many of you out there drink this stuff? Im on a cutting phase, and due to the low calories, and the boringness of water, Ive been drinking alot lately. How bad is for ya, and how many of you serious weightlifters/athletes out there drink it?

I drank at least 2-3 cans of diet coke last year right until the last week before I went into a show. I made sure that I still got my 4-5 litres of water a day.
I don't think that it hurt me at all. I came in real hard. I was doing a natural show and wasn't even allowed to take ephidrine within one month of the show.
The caffeine in the diet pop is the only thing that kept me going

I drink Diet Soda constantly, mind you i still make sure to get in my gallon and a half of water a day. I havent found it to hurt me at all, all that water ALL the time gets really boring after a while, Diet Soda is nice way to spice things up while sticking to my diet."You just did it, so i had to hit it"
