    Everyone post up your cutting diets!

    Also any secrets you guys have for loosing fat through nutrition.


    Im eating clean, lots of chicken, turkey breast, spinach spring mix, apples, rice, black beans, ww bread, eggs and oats. Snack on almonds and apples during work. Drinking crystal light, water and low sodium v8 juice. Trying to eat big salads with chicken tomatos, avocados and newmans light dressing as my last meal.

    You guys add your opinions!

    Does this mean everyone has there diets down? I know I sure as hell dont. I hear diet is 90% of what you see, yet its rarely talked about on this or most boards. Not trying to be a dick, just wondering why.

        Well...Im a female and have pretty much perfected this down to a tee. Im right around 1300 a day.
        Meal 1: 2 scoops whey (sometimes with flax)
        Meal 2: 1/2 cup oats with some splenda and sugar free jam
        Meal 3: 4 oz. chicken and two cups of broccoli....for taste add a little cholula
        Meal 4: 4 oz. of chicken in a salad with half a green pepper, half a cucumber, and three tablespoons of vinegar

          diet?...cardio?...am i at the right place...

            Breakfast eggs or tuna
            2 hours after breakfast; protein shake
            lunch: Chicken or tuna tuna
            2 hours after lunch: chicken or tuna
            post workout: Protein shake
            1 hour after post workout: chicken or tuna

            Drink 2/3 to 1 gallon of water/day. Snack on almonds and fruits throughout the day.
            NO PAIN, NO GAIN
            KNOW PAIN, KNOW GAIN

              Cutting? LOL. I think that I have been bulking since 1999 LOL. Well, cutting a little bit as of lately, but mostly bulking LOL.

                No diet, just a lifestyle bro, I am trying to cut down on the sweets and high glycemic carbs for summer. Im up around 225 or more and I'd like to get back down to 215. Its all about moderation and cardio! You got to feed the beast otherwise!
