Quick ques no xplode has creatine in it, but I have been reading to add cell mass as a postworkout drink when you are taking no xplode? Is this too much creatine, also has anyone used this combo and if so how good was it?

I'd forget those overpriced supplements and just buy bulk powders in the form of CEE, taurine, and AAKG. You'll get much more bang for your buck.Comment

I'm taking n.o. explode( 2 scoops 45 minutes prior to working out and one scoop in the mornings on off days), nitrix 4 caps x 3 a day, and cell mass twice a day and I love it. If I was paying the typical prices out there then I would prob. just use the n.o. explode but I bought about a years worth for one helluva price.Comment

I swear by NO xplode, haven't tried cell mass but I use synta 6 religiously. BSN is a quality company, plus if ronnie backs it I want it!~Comment

I haven't used any of it personally, but I've heard both good and bad so I can't say for sure. Everyone is different. Best thing to do is try it and see how it works for you.I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

I have friend trying to get me to use the no explode stuff. He really likes it and thinks it makes a difference.
