I have used it before and I would again. I saw faster results than regaular creatine, although the taste of it sucks imo.Disclaimer: Manic Behavior is not a real person, he is only a figment of your imagination. This post is not even real.

Ribose. Add ribose to any time you take any creatine. you'll like the results. First time i added ribose to my creatine stack i thought it was what taking gear would be like, and i had added 100 lbs to my squat. i didnt keep that huge strength gain, but my ATP stack was off and it helps A TON! if you work out a lot taking creatine, you'll notice 2-3 days in you wont see the same energy as the first day. thats usually why....5'10

No sir. If you follow the instructions, which I assume most will, you want to take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving 12 hours later or somewhere there about. The idea is to keep the plasma levels packed over time, spacing out the servings evenly. Sort of like when on cycle.
