    Since you mentioned sandwiches I was thinking about using whole wheat pita bread and simply stuffing a chicken breast in one of those.
    I have no clue what kind of torture that work is. Sounds absolutely brutal.
    But I think the tuna will get old in a bit in fact I know it will!!
    But if you can do sandwiches, I would try pita bread. It's even a little easier to eat than a couple pcs of bread.

    I also think using healthy fats is a great idea.
    Carbs would be hard but the nuts, etc sound very logical.
    YOu may even be able to add some muscle and strip some fat if you get the nutrition down.

      GREAT IDEA!!
      I forgot about tea.
      I mix up 4 green tea bags and 4 black tea bags and put all in a gallon jug with sweet & low.
      You can even get lemon or peach flavored teas.
      It helps me a lot when dieting hard.
