It would be a drink and contain 50g protein, 60g carbs from maltodextrin 5g flax oil and 100mg caffeine. I'd call it the Donkey Punch.
Now if we are talking about a fantasy where legalities aren't an issue it would also contain 50mg drol and 50mg var, lol!Comment

Hmm..you mean a tab or liquid? It would be awesome for a tab to have 50gm of protein w/1200mg flax, combined with a multi-vit, 600mg red yeast rice, 600mg saw palmetto, extra 1000mg of vit-C and a digestive enzyme. Now that would be the perfect supplement, if they could put all that in one tab i wouldn't need to take anything else except the apple cider vinegar at night with one Bayer asprin and my allergy pill, melatonin, and val. Cant put everything into one supplement. It is just not possible, lol!Comment
