  • Carb Cycling Info?

    Can someone hook me up with a really good carb cycling post or site so I can figure it all out and get my diet going please. Thanks in advance.

      take your weight and that is your high carb day...for example Im 265 so my high day is 250ish so its like this

      M- 50
      T- 150
      w- 250

      Then repeat...SO if your say 200 lbs you could go 50, 150, 200 or something like that...If that is to low and your just trying to lean up then go 100, 150, 250.....If you need anymore help just hit me up..Im in teh middle of a killer carb cyle diet right now and its melting off bro..

        yea, im about 11-12% bf right now, and i want to get down to 8%, what else can you tell me about carbs cycling that might be helpful?

          also after I do this cycle twice I have a half a carb up day where I get 500 in two meals to shock the system...all good carbs though

            try to eat most of your carbs in your pre workout meal and your post workout meal...If you can time them that way your energy levels will be better....

            ALSO- your going to need to keep your fats (good) higher to compensate for lost cals from dropping your carbs...

                  Day 1 - 300 grams
                  Day 2 - 200 grams
                  Day 3 - 100 grams
                  Day 4 - 50 grams
                  Day 5 - 50 grams
                  Day 6 - repeat.
                  I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

                    You could do a 5 day cycle if you want, I prefer 3 day and repeat cause it just works better keeping track and shocks the system bettter than when I tried the 5 day cycle...I know of a guy who competes nationally who does the 5 day cycle similar to what you wrote BUT on the 5th day CARBS UP big time in the first half of the day and then repeats the cycle...so as its like this

                    day1- 300
                    day2- 200
                    day3- 100
                    day4- 50

                    day 5- 400-500 clean carbs and then repeats....

                    Both ways work cause the main thing you are trying to do is keep your body guessing what in the hel it is your doing and your metbabolism wont get stagnant and used to the same diet day after day...Pick either 3 or a 5 day rotation and stick to it for a minimun of 8-10 weeks to see results...and every rotation or two go and have a big carb meal of your choice, I promise you it will be beneficial to your goals and shock your system and keep your brain right....lol

                      ALOS- WATER is a HUGE part of this bro...Make sure you are taking enough atleast a gallon to two gallons a day to keep you hydrated....

                        ok sounds good, im gonna do a 3 day split just cause i need to easiest routine to follow with school and what not. Also, Ill make sure a suck down alot of water. Thanks for the tips... todays my first day, its a no carb... im at 6g carbs so far.
