Which is a stronger or more efficient supplement to help shred fat? Clenbuterol or Ephedrine?
I eat extremely healthy, 4 meals a day with at least 30g of protein each meal, and do cardio about 30 minutes every morning... either running, sprints/ walking combo, or id the weather is horrible, ill walk for 45 minutes. I'm not big on shakes... i like real food better.
ie day's food routine...
breakfast = 4 or 5 eggs, 1 or 2 yolks, the rest whites, seasoning
midmorning lunch = baby spinach salad with chicken, peppers fresh mozz. ch
late lunch = chicken breasts or tuna mixed in a salad, oil & vinegar
dinner = some sort of fish, with asparagus or a steamed veggie
anyway thats just to show that i do eat healthy!
