So after much debating with myself I decided to cut. Heres my diet in a nut shell:
~2565 cals each day
315g of Protein
185g Carbs
60-65g Fat
Seven meals each day...Carbs higher in the morning and pre-post workout
Im 19 (almost 20)...Id guess around 16% BF @ 210lbs. Id like to get down to atleast 10% BF.
Supplements: ECA, Phera-Plex, Multi-Vitamins
Cardio in the mornings on non-workout days...Cardio at nights on workout days.
Workout Split:
Day 1 - Chest/Back
Day 2 - Off
Day 3 - Legs
Day 4 - shoulders/arms
Day 5 - Off
**Traps will fall on either day 1 or day 4
Im shooting for 4 working sets per bodypart in the 8rep range...2 different exercises per bodypart.
