Hello, I am looking for a good diet that will have around my maintainence calories but about 200 less. I am trying to loss some fat without lossing and strength or muscle so i still need some carbs and lots of protein. If you know of a good one please lemme know, or if you can come up with one that would be great cause i need to go to the grocerie store and i want to buy all the food i need for this week. i weigh 205, so i think my calories should be at around 2750 for what im looking for. any help would be great guys.

These are a collection of recipes I have. I don’t like boring diets. I want to eat some decent food not just chicken tuna and broccoli.
I have personally eaten all of these meals and I think they are good. I have lots of other recipes if anyone is interested.

            Breakfast Foods

            Turkey Hash

2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
            1 small onion chopped
1 small red bell pepper diced
2 med turnips peeled and diced
            ½ teaspoon of dried thyme
1 pound cooked roast turkey breast cubed
¼ cup fat free half and half

Heat oil in a large non stick skillet over medium hear. Add oinion and bell pepper and cook until softened add turnips and thyme stir and cook until tender stir in turkey and hald and half simmer until liquid has thickened slightly

Season to taste w/ salt and pepper

There are 8 1/2 servings each serving contains
            110 cals
            18g of protein
            4g of carbs

            Eggsadilla

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat .Add eggs reduce heat to medium and scramble until cooked but still moist. Remove to a plate and season w. salt and pepper
Carefully wipe the pan with a paper towel put it on heat.Add the tortilla and cook both sides until warmed
Leave the tortilla in the pan top half of it with cheese and then with eggs fold the other half over to form a quesadilla. Cook both sides until cheese is melted

            This makes 2 servings
