  • Protein protein protein

    Please answer these few questions
    1. Which type of protein do you prefer?
    2. Do you use different types of proteins for different times in the day?
    IE: Morning wake up, preworkout, post workout, bed time...
    3. How many protein shakes to you consume daily?
    4. Do you mix the powder with water or milk?
    5. Do you add any other supplements or foods to your protein drinks?
    IE: creatine, Omega 3 enriched oils, real friut etc.
    6. Do you rely on protein drinks more during different phases of your training?
    7. Please list your favorite protein powder recipie. (if you have any)

      that would be 360 grams of protein from shakes per day???

      not including the 200-300 in food??

        Not really.

        Optimum Nutritoin 100% whey is 24grams per scoop:
        24x3soops = 72 grams per shake x 3 shakes = 216 grams per day.

              4. I use about 1/4 amount of soymilk or rice milk and the rest water and blend or shake if im in a hurry.

              5. No, i take all my supplements individually.

              6. During cycle i add more, to make sure im getting enough protein, but if i bloated i cut back, so i prefer to take in more whole foods for protein.

              7.No recipe except for what i said above.
