i find that it mixes pretty well. if i use tap water at the house, i'll throw in about 3-4 big ice cubs and swirl it heavily. if i use the water at the gym, no ice and i just swirl it and it mixes well.- TestifyHey, I never saw a skinny bodybuilder before - eat away!

I still think that SuperPump 250 is the best out of all of them. Doesnt have the taste of Noxplode but SP250 gives you alot better energy imoComment

I think you can get AMPED in the cans. I like AMPED better not that asprinish taste. Dont get the Swole it sucks, lol i just threw out almost a full tub of it.Comment
