    2006 Mr. Olympia Nutritional Strategy


    Weight: 283 lbs. - 8 weeks out.


    Cardio 45 minutes.

    Meal 1 15 egg whites, 2 whole eggs & 1 cup of Ezekiel cereal.

    Meal 2 11 ounces of ground chicken & 2 cups of rice.

    Workout Training session #1.

    Meal 3 12 ounces of fish & 3 cups of rice.

    Meal 4 14 ounces of fish & 1 cup of rice.

    Meal 5 12 ounces of ground chicken & 1 cup rice.

    Workout Training session #2.

    Meal 6 10 ounces of fish & 1 cup Ezekiel cereal.


    Supplements NitroTech Nightime, T-Tech, Gakic, Leukic, Pump-Tech (powder), L-Tyrosine, L-Arginine, L-Carnitine & Hydroxycut Hardcore.

      holy crap, in 2 days...he eats what my wife and kids eat in a week!!

          Not really, you have to realize he's probably 285-290 at that point and his body is buring calories like you wouldn't believe. Also, all that meat has to digest which burns a bunch of more calories and then he has two workouts that day. It's very low carbs for his size. I bet his basal metabolic rate is about 3,500 to 4,000 cals a day. I only say this because I had mine calculated once back when I was about 230 and my basal metabolic rate was 2,800. Basically, I could sit on the couch all day and burn 2,800 cals because of the size I was so you know he has to be a butt load higher than I was. That guys has way more muscle than I could ever dream of so he's buring cals like crazy.
          I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

            yeah thats what I was saying .Maybe he just throws some bs about his diet so no one knows his secret ? This was on his website www.jaycutler.com in the nutritional section .
