NEED A GOOD PROTEIN

What is a good no sugar (or atleast a very low sugar), low sodium protein. My Stepdad had a heart attack recently and my Mom wants a protein supplement. She would like something she can mix in with oatmeal or other foods if there is such a thing.

ON (optimum nutrition) whey is the best out there for the buck in my opinion. I've tried others recently and they arent even close.

I get the 100% isolate and it has very low sodium and no cholesterol.

i live the optimum nutrition it's very good tasting and quite cheap
