So yea this is kinda random but im wonderin, when u take a supplement, then use the bathroom quickly after (number 2) is what uve taken out of ur system. Wonderin this cause im takin fizogen blast cycle and ive got a friend whos takin it too and says after so often he'll have the runs lol
