  • Mmmm....great smoothie

    3/4 cup before cooked and then cooked before adding quick oats
    1 cup blueberries
    6 whole eggs-raw
    1/2 cup ice
    1 scoop of the Optimum Nutrition cookies and ass, I mean cream Whey.

    Actually tastes damn good. I've read a lot of good things about blueberries lately, so Im giving them a try.

    hmm might give it a shot .....crombie how's the tase by itself the cookies n cream by optimum nutrition ? I only tried muscle milk c 'n' c ,i know there strawberry and chocolate flavors are good . ive been adding bluberries to my plain oatmeals every morning

      i think i'll substitute the whole eggs raw to egg whites

        It tastes like ass mixed in water, better in milk and you can barely taste it mixed in this smoothie. Im just trying to use it all up and get rid of it. Think I'll just stick with good ole chocolate for now on.

        The muscle milk C and C is the shit by the way....so good.

        Yeah I've read a ton of good things about blueberries lately.
