    Fake Butter Spray

    whats the consensus on this stuff??? 0 calories.... almost 0 sodium.... is there something about it i dont know about that would be a reason it sould be avoided?

    it has a nice salty taste so given the nutritional info, it would seem to be a way to add flavor to bland food with out adding calories and salt.
    I'm Just an old chunk of Coal, But I'm gonna be a DIAMOND some day.

      yes, its fine. i use it all the time. it has no nutritional value, so its all good

            just like butter. i use that and pepper on my red skin potatoes, tastes great

              What brand? I'm going to have to get some because I hate using butter if I can avoid it.

                there are a bunch of different kinds...

                i think i cant believe its not butter makes one..

                i think i have parkay...

                just check the nutritional info....

                its notj ust like butter, but its a good substitute and it has a nice salty taste. I like it better than real butter .
