I was just wondering if creatine can actually go bad. I have half a tub of creatine monohydrate that's been sitting in my cupboard for a few years. I just forgot about it and am out at the moment and was thinking of using it. I don't see any dates on it anywhere.

not sure what brand you have but in know cell tech has an exp. date on it“Don't worry about life, you're not going to survive it anyway.”

If its pure creatine you should be good to go, cause it doesn't get old, but if its mixed with flavors and other stuff, then yes throw it out.Comment
