I throw some blueberries on top of my plain oatmeal gives it alittle better flavor ! Blueberries pack the most fiber by grams in fruits and and also helps with your memory ! I know muscle milk has an oatmeal product out but never tried it and dont know the nutritional facts if its good for dieting .All I know is there protein shakes is money all the flavors I tried are great !
The muscle milk oatmeal products SUCK ASS! They leave a metalic, chemical, processed after taste... GROSS! Be a phucking man FIT eat your old fashioned oats plain!!!
i think another good carb source (kinda good anyway,lol) are kashi go lean blueberry waffles. my roomate eats them every morning and they smell so phuckin good....i can't have them just yet
I love these! Whats wrong with them? They're whole wheat I think? Too tired to look. Have a lot of fiber and decent protein for a waffle. I use sugar free maple with them and they are great!
