  • Carb cutoff and night time protien with carbs!

    I just looked at the back of this BSN Syntha-6 and it has 15g of carbs per serving. Im taking 2 servings before bed so thats 30g of carbs!

    I cant seem to win. Cottage cheese has dairy so thats out. Whey absorbs too fast and will make me go catabolic so thats cut. Now this damn special night time protein has carbs in it!!!

            Ahhhhh! Im trying bro but Im doing everything right as far as I know and I need to see more results. Im being super critical about everything I eat to a point where its almost an obsession now. I even did my cheat meal in the middle of the day this week so I might burn some of it off before bed. I started at this new restaurant and they always give the servers food while working. People are always offering me this junk but EVERYTIME I have said "No thanks".

                Grrrrr. you want me to waste this big ole jug of protein I just bought? If Im eating no carbs for my last 2-3 meals of the day and then have this shake with 30 carbs is it going to screw the cutoff up?

                I could do one scoop of the night time protein and 2 scoops of whey instead? Only 15 carbs................

                  Well I wasnt, at all. I think I've matured recently, like a complete 180. Maybe I just got tired of the yo yo dieting, going to the gym hardcore for a few months, getting bored or burnt out only to look in the mirror a few months later and see the same old crom. I got tired of failing and decided this time Im going to do it and Im going to do it for life. My cheat meals are good and all dont get me wrong but I feel awful for eating them.

                  They had a philly cheesesteak, nachos, quesadillas and a few desserts at the bar last night and I could've had any of it but didnt. Soooo hard sometimes but whats motivating me is all the new attention Im getting, that Im getting a lot stronger even though Im cutting and I dont feel bad anymore....... no headaches no back aches, nothing.

                    I'M GLAD YOU'VE TURNED SHIT AROUND CROMBIE, SAYS A LOT. MY 180 STARTS TODAY. I'VE DONE WELL SO FAR, HIT UP CARDIO, DIDN'T EAT ANY CARBS LAST NIGHT PAST ABOUT 5 O CLOCK. SO FAR SO GOOD.

                    ABOUT YOUR CARBS, JUST TRY AND GO TO BED EARLIER AND MAKE YOUR LAST MEAL A SHAKE. PUT SOME FATS IN IT (NO MORE THAN ABOUT 15G) AND ABOUT 40G OF PROTEIN. SO YOU MAY HAVE TO GET ANOTHER TYPE OF PROTEIN, AND DITCH THE MUSCLE MILK BEFORE BED. THROUGHOUT THE DAY IS FINE, BUT GO WITH ON PROTEIN OR SOMETHING OF THE SORT. BUT AS FUZO STATED, UNLESS YOU HIT SOME CRAZY ASS PLATEU, I WOULDN'T WORRY ABOUT IT TOO MUCH.

                    ALSO, I HEAR YA ABOUT THE WHOLE WORKING IN A RESTAURANT THING, THAT SHIT IS ROUGH WHEN PEOPLE OFFER YOU THAT SHIT. ONLY THING I WOULD HARM IS ANYKIND OF GRILLED CHICKEN....BUT WE ALL KNOW THATS NOT THE TASTIEST THING EVER,LOL.

                      ^ Thanks bro. Good to hear you're getting on track. I think one thing that has helped me is this town. There isnt shit to do and I dont really get along with most people here. They're just not my type of people. So all I do is date chics and workout/eat well. I wish I had a friend here to hang with that was serious about living a healthy lifestyle, that must be awesome motivation. You guys can build eachother up.

                          u are doing good com...but at nigh time, stick wt tuna in water, salad and STEAMED BROCCOLI, ITS A STRONG DIUERETIC AND make sure u eat enough carbs , otherwise, u will be holding a lot of fat due to cutting carbs..its not like u are doing a show, depleting and carbing back up..eat your carbs b4 6 pm and cutt em off after that and stick with what u are doing..
