Thats so weird. You posted once that you used cranberry juice with the apple cider vinager. I didnt have any so I used Crystal Light Rasberry Ice! Still hard to get down for me. What do you consider a shot as? A standard 3oz pour or like a 1oz shot glass?

I did say i used the cranberry, but it sill had that vinegar taste alittle, so actually Wed i went with my wife shopping and she said, "Why don't you try the Crystal Light", so i looked at the ingrediants and it didn't have any sugars, so i liked that aspect, so i bought a bottle. Anyways, you can hardly tell there is any vinegar when you mix it in with the honey. I use the standard shot glass 1oz. Are you also using alittle honey? I only use about a tbs of honey or just pour a little in, you don't need much.

You only use an oz!!!!!! Awwwww bro I've been drinking 2-3 oz everytime. Haha. I'll go to the store and but some honey and try that. Sheeesh.

It is a natural blood thinner, which is very good to use when on cycle and off to help blood flow. I also take a Bayer asprin ed to help with platlet flow.

Am I the only one who sees the dangers of too much acid and aspirin? Sounds like an ulcer is on the way. Too much acid is not a good thing. I don't think anybody should be supplementing with acid (vinegar) unless they are deficient in it. Same goes for aspirin. Ulcer doctors make their living off patients who take an aspirin a day. At most you should take a baby aspirin each day.

I never had a prob with the acid, but i guess if you are prone to an ulcer...Actually alot of ppl with ulcers, the prob is noting to do with the food they eat, but a particular bacteria that causes it. Anyways, my dr said anyone that is 27yr male and over should be supplementing with asprin to help in platelet flow. Especially since some ppl here use aas, it is a particular concern.

The Heinz vinegar is under 2 bucks to buy the large one and lasts for months.

I've been trying different brands and have found that ACV made by Muesellman's (sp?) to taste sweeter and less acidic than the Heinz... yet they both have the same acidity (5%)....

See, here's the thing with the apple cider vinegar.
If you are taking it due to acid reflux, it's best to take approximately 1 or 2 tablespoons, and nothing to drink for a few minutes afterwards. As we all remember from Biology class, water is an acid neutralizer. So by mixing the apple cider vinegar with a drink, it takes away the acidity level. And again, if you are trying to reduce acid reflux, it defeats the purpose.
Now, there's something else in the apple cider vinegar that clears the skin up, thins your blood, lowers your cholesterol, etc.... It's not the acid itself, it's a component of some sort that helps clear those symptoms. I'm not a chemist, so don't as me to break it down.
