Apple Cider Vinager pills...what dose?

I tried taking the Apple Cider Vinager but just cant down it. I bought some pills instead. They are 500mg each. How much should I take a day. Im at 3000mg (2 pills 3 times a day) right now. Is that enough or should I up the dose?

I took the pills and it ain't like taking the liquid. What i do is put a shot of the vinegar in about 4oz of apple/cranberry juice and add alittle honey and drink it b4 i go to bed. Im taking it to help thin the blood and its also supposed to be good for lowering fat.

Do a search on it.

Some say that it helps with circulation, burns fat and clears up acne to name a few.

From what I've seen it has cleared up most of the acne on my back and helped with my facial acne. Im in the middle of a cycle now and Im usually broken out but not since I've been taking this stuff.

I took a 4 oz shot of the stuff last night... nearly gagged and blew chunks all over my kitchen... LOL...

Are you sure? Haha. Yeah it sucks, go buy the pills its like $12 for a good brand of 180 pills that are 500mg each.

Well, the regular Heinz apple cider vinegar imo is more natural occuring vinegar, which is more active ingrediant than the pills. In time i noticed a slight drop in bf, and i don't know if you experince the chest and breathing heavyness when on aas, but it certainly helps with that. It is a natural blood thinner, which is very good to use when on cycle and off to help blood flow. I also take a Bayer asprin ed to help with platlet flow. I found a trick to taking the vinegar. Buy a bottle of the Crystal Lite Raspberry Ice. Put one shot of the vinegar in a small tumbler size glass and add about 1tbs of honey. Then add about 4oz of the rasberry ice. You will barely notice the vinegar taste. I take this b4 i go to bed w/my asprin, melatonin, and benedryl as i have allergies.

THATS MY PROB. WITH IT. I DID IT FOR LIKE 2-3 WEEKS, AND IT GOT TO THE POINT MY THROAT WAS RAW! I WAS MIXING IT WITH APPLE JUICE FOR THE LAST WEEK OR SO, BUT IT DIDNT HELP MUCH

Ya don't need to take 4oz of vinegar, lol!! Just a shot mixed like i said above^. You can use a shot glass to measure it. Trust me you wont even taste it if you mix it w/the raspberry ice Crystal Light and alittle honey. I get the Crystal Light thats in the big bottle already mixed, not the tubs. I tryed the pills/caps and i threw them out, lol! The Heinz vinegar is under 2 bucks to buy the large one and lasts for months. It will help your natural PH levels and i notice it will help with the high bp as well.

Thats so weird. You posted once that you used cranberry juice with the apple cider vinager. I didnt have any so I used Crystal Light Rasberry Ice! Still hard to get down for me. What do you consider a shot as? A standard 3oz pour or like a 1oz shot glass?
