    My little review on Met-rx Amped

    Seems to work well. I took half 30 minutes before I worked out like it said and then drank the rest during my workout, this is kinda hard to do though because it made me thirsty as hell. I got to about half my workout and the stuff was gone, I had to run out to my car and get a buck for a bottled water I was so thirsty. Made me sweat a lot too, which is good I guess. I only took 2 scoops which the recommend 2-3 scoops, I think I'll stick with 2 for now, b/c I still cant sit still! Amped and my ADHD areant doing to well together or maybe they are? I dont know what happended, if I tried harder b/c I knew I had the supplement or not but my workout was better than normal. I did more sets for heavier weights and kept going whereas I usually burnout pretty fast. Oh I also added 2 gs off CEE to it. I got it for $33 from supplementwarehouse.com which is a good price although the shipping time was awful...2 weeks from the order date.

    I only started with 1 scoop, but i will prob go up soon, cause im getting immune to it. I get mine at dpsnutrition.com. Its a few bucks more, but the shipping is about 3-4 days max.

      Oh woops. Wish I would've done that. Its says 2-3 on the jug so I picked 2. I really like this stuff, where I used to be so exausted I couldnt do anymore, now i keep pushing the weight up. Thanks for the recomendation Mick-G.

            Cant tell if you're being a smartass or serious here. LOL.

            I think the premade drinks, if thats what you're talking about, cost more and are probably more to ship. Might be wrong though.

              ^You can buy AMPED by the case??, lol! Damn Crombie...I did 2 scoops yesterday and forgot and did Albuterol as well, needless to say i was flyin all day. The workout was insane!

                LMAO! Yeah it makes me have energy all day too. Kinda crazy. I think Im going to get something to help me sleep b/c I keep waking up in the middle of the night.

                Question. What about non workout days? Do you still take it? I thought you had to take creatine daily?

                    45 serving, but i think that is based on 1 scoop. I don't personally take it on non-workout days, but i have plain micronized creatine for off days.

                      Yeah thats right Mick-G. I use it only pre-workout which is about 5 days a week and take 2 scoops each time so, it lasts about a month. Great product, I like it more everytime I use it.
