What do you guys put in your pan before cooking eggs? I've been using this Smart Balance Light butter substitute stuff, doesnt work too well.

I will let the pan heat up for about 3minutes and then add a good virgin olive oil. Enough to lightly cover the bottom. I scramble them with alittle cheese. When the oil just starts to smoke alittle i pour the eggs into the pan, then cover. When the top seems to be cooking i flip it and wait about 2minutes and flip on a plate. It wont stick either.

use a spray with a butter flavor. there's nothing to it, just flavor. no cals or anything. i just use a spray, mick's idea is good too though.
