Damn I have the hardest time with this thing. Always overcooked or undercooked. Anyone have tips or know about how long you should leave a chicken breast on there for? Do you flip the meat or just close the top and use both sides of the grill?

Re: Anyone perfect cooking on a George Foreman Grill?
Take two chicken breasts, thaw them both out and cut the fat off, warm up the foreman for about 5 minutes. Throw both the chicken breasts on there and close the lid, and leave it closed, for 7 min and 30 seconds. If you put some type of liquid on them, it is going to look like it is burned a bit on top, but it won't taste burned. This is the formula I have used for the last 3 years of cooking chicken on it. Also, I only scrap the foreman every week, I like to leave some of the juice from whatever I put on the breast on there and it seems to give it more flavor and keep it from getting dry."If you can't live large, look big in a coffin"

Re: Anyone perfect cooking on a George Foreman Grill?
I just got one a few wks ago, and my prob was it wouldn't "grill" the chicken. I found out, you have to turn it on the highest setting for 10 minutes and also make sure your chicken or meat is at room temp, then put them on the grill and they will cook great. So when your planning on cooking, set the chicken/meat out for about 15-20minutes before grilling. Actually the chicken has been very tender and the taste is awesome.

Another thing i just found out, lol! Don't put like 7-8 peices of meat or chicken on at a time. Put like 3-4 peices and it will cook good, if you put too much on it will take a long time and wont grill properly.

Re: Anyone perfect cooking on a George Foreman Grill?
I've been using his older "blue lid" grill for a while now and no matter what I put on it comes perfect.
I also preheat the grill for a few short mins, put the meat on, wait 7-10 mins, and then flip on the other side. If you really wanna see the grill lines on your meat then press the lid hard for a few secs.
