I have a bunch of creatine, glutamine, and few other powders, that are expired. Does that mean i shouldn't use it, or is it really a big deal???

I do not condone the use of, nor do I use anabolic or androgenic steroids. My participation on these boards is for informational purposes only. I have done extensive research of AAS and enjoy discussing them for role playing enjoyment.

Powders, id say you can take them at least 6months after they expire. Then id really watch the product to see if it is changing in color or taste. Powers and go bad alot quicker than pills. If it were pills or capsules id say you good for a few yrs after the expires.

Powders such as Creatine and Glutamine do not expire, they have to put the expiration date on there for selling purposes. Protein shakes are a different story though, don't use them after 6 months of expiration date. Also, if the creatine or glutamine are mixed with other products in the container, then I would apply the 6 month rule to them, but if they are in pure form, they don't expire."If you can't live large, look big in a coffin"
