I have cut back on the red meat.Still have it about twice a week.
I also am using more chicken, turkey and fish.

well, like i said, i'm still going to enjoy a filet every now and then, but i think this will be the only red meat i'm going to be eating.

it's just that my girl is 25, so i get to hear regularly from her what an old man i am...
