i've decided to nix the ground beef in my diet... i have been eating up to 18oz. a day at times, and it makes me grow no doubt, but i have been reading that males who take in 3-4oz of red meat a day have an exponentially higher risk of colon cancer.
gonna switch it up to ground turkey breast instead. i've been slowly weening myself off the ground beef and to the turkey breast the last two weeks.
i'm still going to have a filet every now and then though, maybe even a big honkin' cheeseburger as my cheat meal on sundays... but i'm old and need to start thinking of the old man shit like my colon and prosate and shit...
so the meat mainstays are going to be turkey breast, chicken breast, and tuna.
