  • serious Post cycle/post comp bulk diet help!

    Hey guys my first show is in 13 days and i will be starting my pct from my pre-comp cycle in one week. My plan is to start my new bulk diet on june 5 along with igf-1 as a bridge. I have i pretty good idea of how my diet is going to look but im looking for some feed back from you all.

    currently
    5'6"
    190@6%bf (still holding water) Lean mass is around 175?

    Calorie goal im shooting for 6000-7000 clean as possable
    The understanding that I have with the igf-1 is 3x lean mass in protein and 700-800 carbs per day for best results.

    meal 1
    12 whites,2whole,2cups (dry oats) 1 or 2 banana
    meal 2
    12-15oz chicken/steak/fish,200G broccoile,5-7 brown rice cakes with 1tbls of almond butter on each.
    meal 3
    weight gainer shake (low sugar high complex carbs) with 2tbls groung flax seeds 1 boch pear/apple
    meal 4
    same as meal 2 but with 2 cups mashed sweet potatos insted of rice cakes.
    pwo shake 75G whey protein 75G dextros
    meal 5
    12-15 oz meat large baked potato 200G brocc/asparagus.
    meal 6 (bedtime)
    weight gainer shake with flax seeds and some rice cakes with almond butter.

    this is totally just a rough draft so any ideas will be used.

    Looks pretty good to me ! I am thinking about taking milk casein protein before bed heard great stuff !

      for a rough draft, it looks pretty damn clean, espeically for shooting for 6-7k/day. thats a lot of eatin dude. but seriously, it looks good.

            It actually depends on your metabolism, if you have a really fast metabolism, that is too clean, your probably looking at about 4000 cals maybe, depending upon your weight gainer. If you have a slow metabolism, that is probably pretty perfect, again, depending upon your gainer. What kind of gainer are you looking to take? and what kind of metabolism do you have?

              great reply bro thanks for the questions! Im thinking #1cytogainer,#2 n-large
              my metabo if on the slowerer side! Not really really slow but i have never had problums gaining mass! Iv never took a gainer either!

                In that case, the cytogainer is a good gainer and I really like the profile of it. Pro Complex gainer is another gainer you might want to look into, I will be using that when I start my bulker next week, best profile of any gainer if ya ask me. I used to really like N Large, but have decided to avoid the gainers with too much sugar because of the spiking of the insulin levels can leave me somewhat lethargic.

                Other than that, looks like ya have a great rough draft set up and good luck at your show bro!!

                  Here is a break down of what it would take to make 6000 cals/day:
                  500 grams carbs
                  700 grams protein
                  100 grams fat

                  or in terms of food:

                  8 cups raw oats
                  4 lbs chicken, post cooked weight
                  1 lb 90% lean ground beef, post cooked weight
                  1 PWO shake @ 75 grams carbs and 65 grams protein.
                  Push it, Pull it, Rack it. Repeat untill wide!!
