Let's get your thoughts on what supplement companies you use because their products work and actually have what their labels claim.

I like Met-RX products as they are good quality. I use the AMPED and it works well. I also use Now Brand supplements as they are reasonably priced. Here are some others Schiff, Soloray, NPS Research Nutrition etc. There are many more. I buy my vit-c and echinacea (it is Nature's Bounty brand ) at Krogers as they are very reasonable in their prices as well.

I use MetRx and Now as well. I'm getting more skeptical about supplement companies because there are so many it's hard to keep up with them - in so far as who is selling a great product and who is selling crap. I try to stick with more established name brands like MetRx, Now and EAS.

It's different for different things. I don't buy a lot of supps like I used to but I found that there is no one company that is great across the board. I would get prohormones from one, creatine from another, protein from another, and so on.
