  • My "cheat meal" .............

    This isnt really healthy but I need a change.

    I got one of those alfredo noodle packets from the store, says only 5g fat per serving and I used 1% milk and I cant believe its not butter. I topped it with a 1/2 lb of lump crab meat and washed it down with a crystal light. That was so good!!!

                Your better off using real butter than that imitation crap! At least you can pronouce the stuff in real butter and your body knows how to process it...just don't go over board using it.
