Well im cutting now and im wonderin about carbs. Should i keep them moderate saving my more carby meals for the start of the day then eatin less later? Or should i cut them off at a certain time. I generally work out at 6-7pm and work out for about an hour and a half, then i do my cardio. I realize im gonna need simple carbs post and pre workout but how much is enough. Im shooting for about 1g of carbs per bodyweight which would be 195g.

1.) Carb 'cut off times' work for a lot of people, but with you working out in the P.M. it will be a little different.
2.) Now, you did mention that you know about taking PW carbs (not sure how much to take then, but I keep it to less than 50. you may get diffenent answers here) so that's good.
3.) And yes, you should definately keep the majority of your carbs in the beginning of the day and then taper off as the day goes on. This can get complicated, but basically has to do with insulin sensitivity and how well your body can utiltize carbohydrates later in the day (also, partially based on metabolism as well).

well said shiner. bro are you just cutting for summer or are you getting ready for a show?? the reason i ask is if your just trying to lower your BF for summer youll be fine taking in the simple carbs PWO but if yor prepairing for a show i would say you could go without.
