Ok so I usually drink my post workout shake (50g malto/ 50g dex/ 50g protien) as soon as I get home from the gym. I purchased some cell mass and the directions are here:
Recommended use on training days:
Serving 1: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 4-6oz of cold water or any beverage of your choose immediately following your workout (on an empty stomach). Serving 2: as a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 4-6oz of cold water or any beverage of your choice, 6-8 hours before or after your post-workout serving (on an empty stomach).
So should I drink my post workout shake right after the Cellmass or wait 30 minutes or?
