Was wondering if you can over boil it and would it have no nutrients at all ? Cause I like to make my veggies soft so I boil it for a good period

yes most if not all vegies are better for you raw except carrots!! cooking carrots halfway (so they are still a little hard in the center) releases the beta carotine (sp?)----------------------------------------------------------------
