ok so my sleep schedule is beyond messed up. i sleep from 9-10am till 6pm. I havent been able to redo this sleeping routine but its makin dieting difficult and its makin my workouts suffer cause im not gettin enough cals and im workin out at like 12am every workout day. Its frustrating. Im jus unable to fall asleep, ive tried over the counter diet pills they didnt work at all. I need somethin thats gonna make me tired and help me sleep, the doctor wont prescribe anythin unless i get sleeping tests which is gonna be expensive and i dont have the money for that...I NEED HELP

^I think thats the prob, lol! I used to work a swing shift many yrs ago, and i gotta tell ya, i never slept right doing that, nor did i sleep very well during the day. I remember it took along time to get my sleep timer back on track when sleeping at night again after doing that a few yrs. Perhaps he needs to find a day job.

let me make it more clear. Im havin trouble falling asleep at apporpriate hours. Im ubable to fall asleep from 6pm to 10am, i tend to fall asleep around 10am and wake up at 6pm, but during my hours of sleep (10am-6pm) i am unable to sleep solidly, i will wake up every few hours and it takes me 30min to fall back asleep, so i sleep 8 hrs but it feels more like 4 cause i keep gettin up. Ive got no anxeity or depression, im jus frustreated cause im sleepin my days away when i could be doing somethin more beneficial. I dont know what triggered it. I took ambiem before and it worked awesome but the DR wont prescribe it now since its the second time this yr ive needed it. I have nytol which is a sleep aid but all it does is make me fall asleep quickly and i stay asleep for 2hrs and wake back up. Where can u get that ambiem stuff offline, cuase i need somethin and i need a quick fix. I tried stayin up a whole day but i feel back into the same routine. BASICALLY I NEED SOMETHING THAT WILL HELP ME SLEEP SOLIDLY FOR 8 HOURS AND HELP ME FALL ASLEEP FAST.Im gonna get so big I cant dress myself

try staying up for 24 hours or maybe longer so that you are so tired that you know you can fall asleep at any time and do it at a decent hour, say 10 pm..and you should sleep through the night and then you should be able to get on a good sleeping schedule. hopefully you won't sleep for 24 hours!

Ill pm ya later on the Ambien. This isn't going to work until you get a day job and it may also take a few months before your sleep mechinism gets back on track. I know it sounds alittle corny, but try the melatonin and warm milk and honey or the 5-htp, and try to sleep your normal sleep pattern at night and try not to sleep during the day. Your body will not adjust if you keep going back and fourth.
