Just wondering if anyone here has tried Phosphagen HP? If so what side effects did you experience? and what type of results came from taking this?

Pretty decent supplement but got the same results from drinking creatine with grape juice or gatorade... cheaper to buy micronized creatine and mix it yourself... results were indicative of using creatine... strength increase, etc...

Sweet. I found it for $21 after shipping. Cheaper than I was paying for straight creatine from GNC so I think I'm going to go with it.

I used it about 5 years ago and it didn't do much! I got better results from Cell-Tech.
