Since I've started trying to eat better, I've cut the buffalo wings out of my diet. I think I was borderline addicted to them lol. Are they really that bad for me? Anyone have some nutrition facts in the average wing? I used to eat 18-24 about 3-5 times a week. Any alternatives, like naked wings or maybe breast tenders with the sauce on them???

i'd say the naked wings would be a better option. if you get breaded ones from hooters, good lord....those things are fat as hell, lotsa breading on those phuquers. i'd do it like a once a week thing though, not daily.
