      I haven't noticed any constipation on my end but I get plenty of fiber throughout the day...

          Hmmm...What are you lacking?..there are so many ways to go with this...seriously it may just be that you've kept it to a min while dieting and now you just want it...binge and then start over...maybe?

            I heard about the ice thing. how does that work. why would you crave ice if your low on iron?

                Drs usually use the term "pica" to describe craving and chewing substances that have no nutritional value — such as ice, clay, cornstarch and paper....and we are required to ask these questions to expectant mother's when taking their medical history.

                Now craving and chewing ice "pagophagia" and is often associated with iron deficiency anemia. Although it may be associated with other nutritional problems as well its sometimes a symptom of emotional problems, such as stress, obsessive-compulsive disorder or a developmental disorder. I've always associated my anemia due to heavy periods and has gotten progressively worse since I've cycled tbol.
