  • What am I lacking....

    that I'm constantly craving beans...lima, butter, kidney and also shredded wheat?

    Tonight I had a whole can of butter beans and I hate it cuz its 19% sodium.....but I had to have it

              You maybe right Testify. I never associated beans (10% iron) and shredded wheat (90%) of iron. You may have something because I eat ICE all day long, which is a sure sign of anemia.

              *you guys may not want to hear but...I have very heavy menstrual periods/blood loss, especially while on t-bol*

                you still get your period when on a cycle? The girls that I know their period completely goes away... but I dont know if they were taking tbol

                  I get my period no matter what Merc. I usually get 2 a month with t-bol. Var I got only once a month.

                      Beans are a good source of fiber and protein. You prob just need the extra energy, being you have such bad periods, and your body is just telling you something.."get the extra nutrients."
