shitloading takes practice and knowing your body. the worst thing you could do is spill over a few hours before the show. if you think you know your body really well, then give it a try. lemme do a search real quick on another board. one of the old farts over there competes and is a shitloading advocate...hang on a sec...- TestifyHey, I never saw a skinny bodybuilder before - eat away!
