Anyone using the stuff? I picked up two bottles real cheap and figured what the hell - haven't used the stuff in ages but was wondering if anyone else takes the stuff???

I think its supposed to be assimilated better by the digestive tract, then the regular liver tabs. Ive seen them, but i never used them. I did notice alittle more energy/power in the gym when i used them, but it was yrs ago. -

I've been taking them for about a week now... I won't pass judgement until week 2-3. So far so good... not enjoying the huge phucking horse pills but it's another source of protein...Originally posted by mick-G
