Who has taken it and what were your gains? also does anyone know if acne is a side, if so i dont want anything to do with this supplement, but if not i may be interested.

But the big question is, does it have acne as a side at all. I am proned to acne on my face, and i finally got it clear so i dont want that back. Id rather have good skin then quick muscle.Comment

Well, i figured out by reading about it that side effects do include acne, hair loss, bla bla bla... sucks! I guess my new question is, does anyone know a good muscle building supplement that DOESNT cause acne? If not, guess ill just stick to creatine, multis, and protein for now.Comment

Nah, the only things Ive taken that are strong at all are superdrol and M1T... I took m1t after 5 months of acutane and ended up breaking out after 2 weeks, so i stoped that and let me skin clear up. Then like a year later i tried superdrol for 2 weeks and same thing happened. so im staying away from that crap for a loooonnnngggggg time. Ive always had acne since like i was 13, but ive finally gotten over it (Thank God) and i dont want it back.Comment

Pretty much anything that is pro-hormone or gear will aggravate your acne if you are already prone to it like u said. Creatine, protien powders, and things of that nature will not.
